We are custom making one off graphics sometimes small imperfections do
occure. To keep our prices low we do not reprint unless the
imperfection large. These include but not limited to small white
dots, small black dots and other small blems.

Orders general take 1-2 days of manufacture time. In some cases shipped
within the same day of order. Printed graphics will usually be shipped
the following day. However we do travel and race. During these times we
will post delays on front of the web site. During Ponca City Nationals
and Loretta Lynns orders could be delayed. This is only during the
July 20-Aug 8th. We do ship while we are at these events but we
shipping from these races and do not have access to quick
shipping as we would when we are here at our shop.
Remember these are all custom printed and do take time. Certain
items do require proofs. When receiving a proof please check your
email often and respond promptly. If you do not respond your
order will be delayed.

Rusk Racing wants you to be satisfied with your purchase, therefore,
part of our commitment to our customers is to ensure that every product
is covered under a manufacturer warranty. We understand there may be
circumstances which require an exchange. The following information
offers you help in directing you through our simple policies and
procedures for exchanges or returns. Make sure you read the

Exchanging a Defective Product or Mistake on
Knowing Your Bike and Plastic:When ordering make sure you
know the correct year and model of your bike. If the plastic has been
changed from stock and your graphics do not fit we will make a new set,
there will be a charge. Make sure you know your plastic!!!!
Manufacturer warranties apply to defective merchandise. Warranties
through Rusk Racing are for defective exchange only and in this case
the entire package (box, contents, accessories and product registration
card) must be included. credit options may not apply. Yes we do
make mistakes. If you have a mispelling or your order is wrong
just email us and we will send out a new set ASAP. You do not
need to send the old product back.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Non-defective returns
must be returned within the first 30 days of purchase and are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. If we receive a return that has not been
authorized with a return authorization, you will automatically be
charged a 15% restocking fee. Items returned, which are found to be
incomplete and/or missing components, will be subject to a 15%
restocking fee as well as a charge per missing item.
Products should be returned via an insured carrier within two weeks of
receipt of the return authorization. All returns must be received in

Numbers must be placed on the outside of the box and on your packing
slip. If you do not have your packing slip, make sure the return
authorization is visibly denoted on the outside of the box. Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
If you have a typo or mispelling on a graphic we will ship a new ASAP
with the new spellings at no charge and we will not charge any shipping
fees. On other products credit will be applied to your account after
inspection of the product condition. Refunds will be applied to the
original payment method. Returns received in the warehouse in new
condition may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Policies in an effort
to provide consistent quality and service we have provided the
